I've been pregnant twice in 18 months and I found that some of the sonographersay Pembury hospital can actually make you feel quite uncomfortable and can be quite rude. Xx
The Birth Centre staff were really helpful and supportive. The transfer to pembury was sorted with ease and on arrival and throughout my stay at pembury the staff were supportive, gave consistent updates on progress and what they needed to do. After labour I was checked on regularly and supported loads with the breastfeeding. I cant fault them at all.
It would be helpful to have an idea of what time the midwives will come - even if its am/pm. Otherwise all wonderful.
Very approachable and knowledgeable, I felt comfortable and reassured at any concerns I had.
The midwife is reliable, helpful and always checks mum and baby's health. They give great advise to the parents and they are always kind and supportive.
Kind and compassionate staff listened and gave helpful, non-judgmental advice.
I can't fault the care I have received:-)
Both midwifes were extremely calm and reassuring. I felt in safe hands.
I probably have done with the gas and ask a little easier but I understand it has to sure with the second midwife.
Midwife has been really informative at each visit and supportive.
